Expressing her ongoing frustration about the stalled IMF reforms, Christine Lagarde says the IMF might move its headquarters to China someday.

In this article Lagarde almost sounds like she is making a threat. And once again, it seems to suggest that major change (at least through the IMF) is not imminent.
